About Kirra

Hi, I'm Kirra. I'm a psychologist who works with young professionals who are good at holding it together on the outside, but privately exhausted by how much space everyone else takes up in their head.

If you've spent a long time saying yes when you mean no, shrinking yourself to keep the peace, or feeling disconnected from who you actually are — that's exactly the kind of thing we can explore together.

My approach draws on ACT, CBT, and attachment-informed practice. Sessions are structured but never rigid. I bring intention to each session, but the work is always led by what's most alive for you.

Issues I commonly work with:

- Anxiety

- Attachment wounds

- Childhood emotional neglect

- Unhealthy relationship patterns

- Low self-esteem

- Depression

- Stress

- Emotional overwhelm

- Worry and overthinking

- Work burnout

- Compassion fatigue

I work with adults across a range of presentations, including ADHD and autism. I use a neuro-affirming approach that respects neurological difference. I also have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and work in a way that is inclusive of diverse identities.
