How much does it cost?
Help Link is completely free - for clients, psychologists and GPs alike. You only ever pay your psychologist's session fee, and you set the ceiling on that when you make your request.
Do I need a referral or Mental Health Care Plan?
No referral is needed to use Help Link or to see a psychologist. If you'd like Medicare rebates, ask your GP about a Mental Health Care Plan - you can do that before or after you've found your psychologist.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most requests receive their matches within an hour during business hours. Psychologists in our network typically have availability within two weeks, and often much sooner.
Can I see someone online?
Yes. Tell us whether you'd prefer in-person, telehealth or either, and we'll only match you with psychologists who offer it.
What happens to my information?
Your request is only shown to qualified psychologists in our network, and only what they need to assess fit. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
