About Kubra
I'm passionate about working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients to explore and affirm their unique perspectives, values, and strengths in a safe space. I also offer neuroaffirming Autism and ADHD assessments. My foremost goal is to cultivate a warm and supportive environment where individuals feel safe and comfortable. I adapt my therapeutic approaches to align with individual goals and helping my clients to explore and grow in ways that are both authentic and meaningful. Fidgeting, stimming and movement are always welcome.
I work with children, teens, and young adults, using a range of evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, Play Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I can support you through challenges like depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, OCD, and the unique mental health challenges of neurodivergent individuals. I also offer neuroaffirming assessments.
I know taking the first step toward therapy can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Whether you’re facing a challenge or seeking clarity, I’m here to walk alongside you. Reach out when you’re ready, and we can find the path that feels right for you.
