About Sanchana
I work with adolescents & adults who are struggling with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, and the pressure they place on themselves. Most people appear to be coping on the surface but deep down, they are overwhelmed & stressed. I can help with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, generalised & social anxiety, panic attacks & health anxiety, OCD and body-focussed repetitive behaviours. I enjoy working with culturally diverse clients including working through family of origin issues, minority stress & trauma, as well as those with chronic illnesses & adjustment to the same.
