I’m a clinical psychologist with over 13 years experience working in specialist sleep clinics and anxiety research centers. I’m compassionate, warm and down to earth with a pragmatic, light-hearted approach to therapy. I like working with people of all ages and use a variety of evidence-based approaches to help clients achieve their goals. I’m a south coast local and feel really lucky to live and work in such a beautiful part of the world.
