About Erin
As a clinical psychologist, my focus is on creating an environment where my clients feel at ease sharing the highs, lows, and everything in between. Together, we will connect dots they may not have realised were there, all with the aim of sparking positive behavioural changes in their lives.
I work with adults across a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, low self esteem, stress and burnout, attachment and relationship difficulties, procrastination, emotion regulation difficulties, perfectionism and navigating life changes.
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I completed 6 years of training, including an undergraduate and Honours in Psychology at the University of Sydney (First Class) and a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology (with High Distinction).
