About Neil

I am a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adults, couples, and families. Registered with the Psychological Board of Australia, I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Models of Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Narrative Brief Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. With a focus on empowering individuals, I encourage people to take control of their lives and make positive, constructive decisions to improve their lives. I have worked in various areas with disadvantaged groups, the long-term unemployed, workers’ compensation cases, individuals with intellectual and mental illnesses.

My career has included working in various areas providing depression, anxiety & stress management, working in clinical settings supporting clients with a range of personal issues/difficulties, and providing seminars and group workshops self-care including mindfulness, sleep management and improving participants overall emotional resilience.

My focus is on providing my clients with the strategies and tools to help them manage their own mental and emotional health moving forward. My approach comes from a place of genuine care and warmth, allowing you to get back to living life on your terms.
