About Sarah
Sarah is a psychologist with 18 years of experience woking in child and family tertiary referral units and individual private practice. Sarah specialises in working with young children, teens, and young adults, offering parenting advice and systemic work. She works from an ACT/CBT/mindfulness/ERP/Exposure Therapy/systemic framework using scientifically supported interventions. Anxiety has become her main focus, as well as resilience building and emotion regulation in younger cohorts.
