About Baby
Baby has broad experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, procrastination, stress, death anxiety, grief, adjustment to illness and other stages of life, and managing the transition from studying to work. Alongside Head in the Clouds, she works in Supportive and Palliative Medicine within the public health system and has previously worked with clients in alcohol and substance use treatment, gambling, and university student counselling. She enjoys supporting clients to overcome the challenges in life, and appreciates the resilience and generosity that they bring into the room.
Baby creates a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment for her clients. She takes an eclectic approach in therapy and tailors treatment to each unique person. Baby is committed to bridging the gap between research and practice, and using evidence-based therapy in supporting her clients to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
