I’m a telehealth-only Clinical Psychologist providing warm, collaborative therapy grounded in compassion, curiosity and evidence-based practice.
My approach integrates EMDR, Compassion-focused therapy, Parts work (Internal family systems) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I work with adults, adolescents and children experiencing anxiety, trauma, self-esteem difficulties, burnout and emotional overwhelm.
