About Voula
Voula is a psychologist with over 30 years experience in metropolitan and regional services as a therapist, as a senior health manager and previously as the President of the NSW Association of Adolescent. She has had the privilege and opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the needs of others. She uses a range of evidence based strategies that support and enhance mental wellbeing.
She works in partnership with her clients to reach the best outcomes. She has also had the pleasure of working with young people, adults, parents and carers, and families from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences including indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, refugees, carers and those who have been in care, or have experienced isolation and marginalisation.
She appreciates the courage it takes for clients to seek counselling and support, most often at a time when they are feeling vulnerable. She values the trust clients place in their therapist, and endeavours to create a safe, respectful, supportive and compassionate therapeutic space. She works from a wholistic and strengths based approach to empower and enhance client wellbeing.
