About Eleonora
I am a registered psychologist offering individual therapy for adults via telehealth across Australia.
My focus includes anxiety (such as generalised, social, and high-functioning), stress, burnout, perfectionism, apathy/low mood, and carer fatigue. I support clients experiencing emotional difficulties such as overwhelm, difficulty expressing needs, or setting boundaries, as well as relational challenges like communication issues, people-pleasing, and conflict.
I especially enjoy working with introspective, achievement-oriented, and rational individuals who are motivated for personal growth and insight, but challenged by patterns shaped by attachment wounds and relational experiences.
I also work with clients navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and the challenges of living abroad (expat therapy), including Italian-speaking clients.
My integrative approach draws on schema therapy, emotion-focused (EFIT) and psychodynamic-informed methods, along with ACT/DBT techniques used thoughtfully and flexibly.
I also offer adult ADHD assessments.
