About Bethany
Are anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship difficulties affecting your daily life? I'm Beth, a Generally Registered Psychologist providing online therapy for adults across Australia. Many of the adults I work with have spent years caring for others and, despite appearing to cope on the outside, they feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of what they need.
I support adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, life transitions, and challenges with self-worth or emotional wellbeing. Together, we'll explore what's been happening, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
My approach is warm, collaborative and trauma-informed. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, Parts Work, and schema-informed techniques.
My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
