About Zachary

Hi, I'm Zachary, a telehealth psychologist at Therapy in the Outback. I specialize in diagnosing Autism and ADHD, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and have a passion for supporting men’s mental health. I also provide support for parents who might be feeling overwhelmed.

I use evidence-based practices to ensure assessments are thorough and accurate, so we can create a treatment plan that’s just right for you. My goal is to help you feel understood and supported in every step of your journey.

I believe in working together with my clients and their families to develop personalised interventions that focus on both immediate concerns and long-term well-being. I take a holistic approach, recognising that your mental, emotional, and social health are all connected.

Through an inclusive, affirming, and compassionate approach, I’m here to support your unique strengths and challenges. My aim is to build a strong, trusting relationship where we work together to create meaningful and positive changes in your life.

I am able to support both private paying, and NDIS participants.
