About Katherine
Hello, I'm Katherine, a clinical psychologist with current availability for ADHD assessments and new therapy clients. I can help you address chronic anxiety, eating disorder issues (diagnosed or questioning), people-pleasing, women's health issues including endometriosis and PCOS, unresolved trauma, perfectionism, ADHD (diagnosed or questioning), and burnout. I know reaching out for help takes courage and I’m here to offer a nonjudgmental space for you to explore your inner workings with care. I bring kindness and a sense of humour to therapy so you can relax and be yourself. We can work on practical strategies first to get swift improvements, then longer strategies if you choose.
I specialise in treatments proven to help you overcome your difficulties. I am neurodiversity affirming and have a strong ethic of care for the LGBTQIA+ community. I am also determined to support people of all shapes and sizes improve their well-being without weight stigma. I have up-skilled in eating disorder treatment, and provide EMDR trauma therapy.
It takes time to build trust with a new therapist and to support this process I am pleased to offer a free meet-and-greet call for you to see if I am a good fit for you. I also accept Medicare rebates at the clinical psychology rate. To get started, email me and my lovely reception team will contact you to make an appointment. I look forward to meeting you.
