I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology and a masters in psychodynamic psychotherapy. What this means is that I am trained to help clients with varied issues – issues about life, relationships, work, loss, insecurity, sadness, worry, trauma, and more.

Whatever your situation, you have probably tried to work through it in various ways in the hope that things will change, yet it still plagues you, adding to your sense of futility or self blame. When thoughts and feelings cannot be understood and used productively as important signals, but instead lead to confusion, inaction, or inept action, then seeking therapy makes sense.
