About Matilda
Hi, I’m Matilda – a clinical psychology registrar, with experience working with individuals across the lifespan in both public and private health care, and research settings.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nurturing. I hope to create a safe, open, and accepting environment, to understand client's thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and relational patterns. I use evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches to them meet their individual needs and therapy goals.
I work with adolescents (16+) to older adults who are experiencing a wide range of concerns, such as:
